Recently, the "5MW/10MWh ESS Power Station Project of a Special Metal Materials Company in Sichuan," in which AEMEnergy participated, was successfully connected to the grid in Jiangyou City. This project is Jiangyou's first MW-scale user-side ESS project. Its successful grid connection marks another significant achievement for AEMEnergy in supporting the green transformation of industrial enterprises and providing an innovative model for the green development of local manufacturing.
In the industrial sector, industries such as steel, chemicals, and non-ferrous metals have long been key and challenging areas for energy conservation and emission reduction. The implementation of this ESS power station, through the application of a scalable, commercialized, and intelligent MW-scale user-side ESS solution, has demonstrated the economic feasibility of zero-carbon transformation.
The core equipment of this ESS power station is supplied by AEMEnergy, consisting of 5MW integrated step-up cabin and 5MWh BESS. Through an intelligent energy management system, real-time monitoring and analysis of electricity prices and load demand are achieved.
Amid the dual pressures of manufacturing expansion and power supply security, the implementation of this ESS power station provides enterprises with a practical green solution. AEMEnergy's MW-scale user-side ESS solution not only effectively alleviates the issue of insufficient transformer capacity for enterprises but also reduces electricity costs, improves production efficiency and power supply reliability, and assists enterprises in achieving refined management of energy costs.
