    Kangbao, Utility-Scale Renewable Integration

    In northern Kangbao, winters are long and harsh. Annual sunshine exceeds 3,100 hours. Strong winds last more than 8,000 hours a year.

    A 500 MW solar plant sits just 20 km from the Kangbao National Wetland.

    AEMEnergy supplied a 100 MW / 200 MWh battery energy storage system with grid-forming 1250 kW power converters.

    The system stabilizes renewable output and supports the local grid. Clean energy now travels across the mountains to power thousands of homes.

     

    Dezhou, Shandong, Independent Battery Storage System

    This 200 MW/400 MWh independent energy storage plant has been operating since June last year. AEMEnergy participated in the design and construction.

    All equipment is installed inside a 14,430 m² building. The footprint is about 50% smaller than conventional flat-site layouts. Land use is minimized while capacity is maximized.

    The project deploys 30 units of AEMEnergy BESS. At its core is a 1,725 kW grid-forming PCS, enabling fast and precise response to grid demands.

    The system balances load in real time and strengthens power reliability for the region. It shows that true value comes from system integration, not hardware alone.

     

    Nantong, Jiangsu Heavy Industry Application

    A 1.4 MW / 3.01 MWh BESS is now supporting operations at Nantong HST Heavy Industry, a major manufacturer of marine and chemical steel structures.

    Heavy industry demands stable power and strict cost control. The UniPower C&I all-in-one BESS was designed for exactly this environment.

    Compact units integrate easily into existing factory layouts. Enhanced thermal insulation handles harsh industrial conditions. High PCS efficiency ensures stored energy is fully utilized.

    Integrated BMS + PCS monitoring, active fire protection, and explosion-relief design enable safe, quiet operation around the clock.

    Electricity is one of the highest costs in cement production. A major plant in Sichuan turned that challenge into a competitive advantage.

    Using AEMEnergy's storage solution, the plant stores power during low-price periods and uses it during peak hours. Peak-valley arbitrage delivers significant savings and lower emissions.

    A 100 kW/215 kWh BESS is now running at ByteDance's Chengdu office.

    It combines battery management, power conversion, and energy management in one unit. Cloud-based monitoring keeps operations smooth and efficient.

    Safety is built in. The system features fire protection, remote monitoring, water-based suppression, and explosion venting.

    The unit is quiet and compact. It fits side-by-side or back-to-back, making installation flexible.

     

    Jiangyou, Sichuan, User-Side Industrial Storage

    Jiangyou's first MW-level user-side storage system is now online. The 5 MW / 10 MWh setup powers a local metal materials plant.

    A 5 MW booster works with the BESS units, all managed by AEMEnergy's smart EMS. Power is used efficiently across the site.

    For heavy industries, electricity costs and reliability matter. This project lowers expenses, keeps operations steady, and reduces emissions.

    It's a clear step toward cleaner, more efficient industrial production.
